Steven Ruotolo is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in clinical technologies and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Technologies and Efficiencies at EmblemHealth since November 2014, Steven leads a development team and oversees operational production support for a cloud-based environment. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Director of Clinical Technology at ConnectiCare, where STEVEN created applications for pharmacy benefit management. With a solid background as an Application Architect and DBA at OptumInsight, along with notable roles at Q-Bridge, Santa Energy, and Energizer, Steven has consistently demonstrated expertise in application development, database management, and business intelligence solutions across multiple industries. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fairfield University and has a strong academic background from Notre Dame High School.
