Erica Ryan, MBA, PMP

Erica Ryan, MBA, PMP has a diverse work experience. Erica began their career as a Massage Therapist in 2004 while self-employed. From 2006 to 2010 they worked at Capital University as the Human Resources, Employment Coordination and Wellness Chair. From 2010 to 2021 they worked at Quantum Health in various roles, including Enterprise Project Manager, CarePartner Product Owner & Enterprise Project Manager, and Innovations Group Leader & Manager. In 2021 they joined Trellus Health as the Director of Project Management- Product. Erica then co-founded Strengthening By Fire in 2020, where they help guide parents through unexpected extended hospital stays with their children. Most recently, in 2022 they joined Embold Health as the Director of Implementation.

Erica Ryan holds an MBA from Capital University, a B.S in Education-Coaching & Leisure Management from The Ohio State University, and a Licensed Massage Therapist from American Institute of Alternative Medicine. Erica also holds certifications from the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Dale Carnegie Training for Leadership Training for Managers and Effective Communications and Human Relations.
