Vanessa Monn has an extensive background working in various roles within the child welfare system, including facilitating multi-disciplinary team staffings, managing psychotropic medications, and connecting children and families to services. Vanessa has experience in utilization management, assessing and authorizing placements for children with psychological and behavioral needs. Vanessa also served as a supervisor at CHARLEE Family Care before pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at the University of Central Florida.
