Guilherme Almeida is currently the President at Nidec Global Appliance, where he focuses on designing and executing company strategy and business plans to achieve growth both organically and inorganically. Prior to this role, Guilherme held various positions at Embraco, including Marketing Senior Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Financial Controller Manager, PMO Operations & Cost Reduction, PMO Corporate Operations Management, Management Model Analyst, and Technology Intelligence & Planning Intern. He also has experience as an Innovation and Technology Transfer Intern at FIESC and as an Industrial Engineering Intern at DUDALINA. Guilherme holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina.
