Akie Chhabra

Akie Chhabra has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as an intern at Extrupet. In 2012, they interned at Fleishman-Hillard in the Financial Services division. In 2013, they served as a contract consultant for Investec Australia. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an inbound consultant for Investec UK PLC and then as a UK After-Sales Banker for the same company. From 2015 to 2017, Akie worked as an Internal Banker for the Medical Banking Team at Investec in Cape Town. In 2017, they became a top Acquisition Banker in Cape Town specializing in Commerce & Industry. In 2018, Akie continued as an Acquisition Banker, this time focusing on the Aviation, FMCG, and Logistics sectors. In recent years, they have held various positions, including working as a consultant for MAG (Airports Group), as a consultant at NatWest, and as a Regional Director for WTax (VAT IT Group) in the Middle East/UAE. Their current role is as a Sales Director for Embraer, focusing on Commercial Aviation in Africa.

Akie Chhabra completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Corporate Strategy from Lancaster University in 2020. Before that, in 2014, they obtained an Honours in Marketing from Monash University. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing, also from Monash University. In 2009, they completed their education at Bishop Bavin, but the degree and field of study are unknown. Akie Chhabra also holds various certifications, including Agile Foundations, Digital Skills: Artificial Intelligence, Essentials of SaaS, Six Sigma Foundations, Strategy Consulting Virtual Experience Program, Diploma in Financial Trading and Investment, Financial Modeling Foundations, and a Professional Sales Skills Certificate.
