Arlindo Duarte

Arlindo Duarte has extensive experience in human resources management. Arlindo most recently worked as a Human Resources Director at Embraer starting in 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Operations Manager at Vipex S.A. in 2018. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Libbey Inc., first as the EMEA Human Resources Director and then as the HR Director for Libbey Portugal. Before that, they served as the HR Director at IBEROMOLDES Group SGPS from 2007 to 2010. Arlindo also worked as an HR Director at Johnson Controls from 2005 to 2007 and as an HR Manager at Vista Alegre Atlantis from 1998 to 2004.

Arlindo Duarte's education history includes a Post-Graduate degree in Labor Law from the Universidade de Coimbra in 2017 and a previous Post-Graduate degree in Labor Law, specifically focused on the "Código do Trabalho" (Labor Code) in 2008, also from the same university. Arlindo obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from the FEUC - Faculdade de Economia da Universidade de Coimbra from 2004 to 2006. In 2001, they completed an Executive Training program for HR Executives at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Their earliest academic achievement is a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the ISLA - Instituto Politécnico de Gestão e Tecnologia, obtained from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Arlindo Duarte also holds certifications in Executive Coaching for Leaders from the International School of Professional Coaching (obtained in 2012) and a Cambridge ESOL Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International from the University of Cambridge (obtained in 2013).
