Karen Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Karen started their career as a Webwriter at Techs in 2002 and worked there until 2003. In 2005, they worked as a Reporter at Jornal Tribuna Impressa, where they covered general matters and public affairs. In 2006, they joined Embraer as a Marketing and Communication Analyst, focusing on employee engagement and integration. Karen then progressed to the role of Senior Event Coordinator, where they managed promotional events, marketing analysis, and communication planning. Currently, Karen is working as the Global Head of Corporate Events at Embraer, demonstrating their growth within the company.
Karen Rodrigues has a diverse education history. Karen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from UNIARA in 2003. In 2005, they pursued continuing education at Harvard University in ESL. In 2008, they completed an MBA in Strategic Management from Anhanguera Educacional. In 2012, they graduated from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado with a degree in Marketing Management. Additionally, in 2015, they received continuing education in Marketing Research - Data Analysis from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2018, they furthered their knowledge in Planejamento and Digital Marketing at São Paulo Digital School. Furthermore, in the same year, they studied Gestão de Projetos at FIAP. Currently, they are pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Branding at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
