Marcio Mattana

Marcio Mattana has a diverse work experience in various roles. Marcio worked at Embraer from 2016 to the present as the Head of Product and Business Development, responsible for product management, development, and improvement, as well as sales and marketing strategies. Prior to that, they were the Customer Support Manager at Embraer from 2018 to 2020, where they led teams in program management, technical support engineering, sales, and new business development. From 2016 to 2018, Marcio worked as the Procurement Contract Category Manager at Embraer, managing suppliers' contracts and leading cross-functional teams in sourcing and development processes. Before joining Embraer, they worked at General Motors from 2010 to 2016 in various roles, including Coordinator of Purchasing Cost Reduction Initiatives Team and Global Lead Buyer for different product categories. Marcio also worked at Visteon Corporation from 2008 to 2009 as an International Buyer and at PPG Industries from 2007 to 2008 as an International Buyer. Marcio started their career at Bosch in 2003, where they worked as an International Business & Logistic Analyst and as a Supply Chain Intern.

Marcio Mattana's education history includes the following:

- From 2012 to 2014, they attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, where they earned an Executive MBA in Business Management.

- In 2019 and 2020, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Leadership Management at Nortus.

- In 2009, they obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Business Consultancy from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração.
