Paulo Monteiro

Paulo Monteiro is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Product Integrity Senior Advisor at Embraer since April 2022, where responsibilities include advising senior leadership on regulatory and strategic matters pertaining to civil aviation airworthiness and safety. Previously, Paulo held the position of Director of Global Safety and Regulatory Affairs for Latin & South America at Boeing from February to September 2021, focusing on regional regulatory strategies and stakeholder relationships. Paulo's extensive experience at Embraer also includes leading the Airworthiness Department and managing regulatory affairs, where Paulo engaged with governmental agencies and industry organizations to influence certification and operational safety. Paulo holds multiple executive certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management and degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
