The executive team at Embraer has a long history of experience in many different industries. Many members have degrees in business administration or management, while others have degrees in engineering or law. Members of the team have worked for companies such as thyssenkrupp, ZF do Brasil, Siemens, KLM UK Engineering Limited, and ATECH – NEGÓCIOS EM TECNOLOGIA S/A. The team has also worked for various government agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Attorneys'​ Offices.
