Ben Needham

Ben Needham is an experienced alliance manager at Emburse since January 2022, focusing on developing and sustaining key partner relationships while collaborating with Account Executives and Directors to meet KPIs. Previously, Ben served as a Senior Channel Sales Manager at SAP Concur from March 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included launching and supporting sales distribution through strategic partnerships, alongside a role as a Client Success Manager managing over 300 clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Prior to that, Ben garnered sales experience at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. from May 2008 to January 2017, overseeing sales objectives and territory management, having started a career as a Merchandiser/Sales at Wirtz Beverage Group from January 2007 to May 2008. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned from 2002 to 2008.
