Mark Homer

Sr. Director, Support at Emburse

Mark Homer has a comprehensive work history in various roles within the support, services, and customer support sectors. Mark has worked at Emburse since 2019, starting as the Director of Client Services for Nexonia & ExpenseWatch before moving on to become the Director of Services for Abacus, Nexonia, and Tallie. From there, they became the Director of Support for the Corporate Segment at Emburse and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Support. Prior to their time at Emburse, Mark worked at Emburse Nexonia as the Customer Support Manager from 2012 to 2019. Before that, they gained experience as an E-Commerce Content Manager while working for Sporting Life from 2009 to 2012.

Mark Homer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Toronto. Additionally, Mark received a certification in the K1 Advanced Management Program from K1 Investment Management in October 2020.
