Alina Ionela Manea

Alina Ionela Manea is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching and management. Currently a Coach at EMCC Global since July 2023, Alina previously served as the Employee Development Program Manager at HP from September 2023 to February 2025. Prior to that, Alina worked as a Self-awareness Coach at JRNI from February 2018 to September 2023. Alina's extensive experience at HP INC includes the role of EMEA Procurement Operations Manager from September 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities involved managing a team focused on purchase requisition validation and purchase order release. Alina’s initial tenure at Hewlett-Packard spanned from August 2008 to September 2016, where positions included CEE MEMA Channel Collections Manager, emphasizing cash collection and team management, and Credit & Collections Supervisor for France. Alina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences from the University of Bucharest and has completed life coaching training at JRNI and The Neuroscience Academy.
