Dr. Sudhar Stanislus

Dr. Sudhar Stanislus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dr. Sudhar began their career in 1991 as a Project Engineer at Tamil Nadu Housing Board. Dr. Sudhar then went on to work as a Project Engineer/Project Manager for Abdul Aal Construction Services from 1992 to 2000. At Force 10, they served as the Estimation and Contracts Manager from 2000 to 2005. Dr. Sudhar then joined Giffels as an Associate Project Director from 2005 to 2007. Dr. Stanislus served as the Operations Director at Carillion Canada Inc. from 2007 to 2018, where they were responsible for overseeing highway maintenance contracts in Alberta. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Emcon Services Inc. starting from 2018.

Dr. Sudhar Stanislus received a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Finance from Andrew Jackson University between 2008 and 2010. Dr. Sudhar holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras, earned from 1987 to 1991. Dr. Stanislus also completed their high school education at Mathicode Govt Higher Secondary School in Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu, India, receiving a High School Diploma in 1987. Dr. Sudhar further pursued a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Hindustan University during the same period. Additionally, Dr. Stanislus holds certifications such as Professional Engineer (P.Eng) from APEGA, Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), LEED AP from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC, and Chartered Project Management Surveyor (MRICS) from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
