Heather Considine

Heather Considine is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT Asset and Configuration Management at EMCOR Group, Inc. since September 2024. Prior to this role, Heather was the Director of ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery and ITAM at Equifax, where leadership was provided to teams focused on configuration management database and IT asset management. Heather's extensive background at Marriott International included roles such as Senior Technology Analyst for ServiceNow Configuration Management, where significant projects, like building and maintaining a large CMDB, were undertaken, and various infrastructure analyst positions. Education includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Frederick Community College and a non-degree program in Information Systems and Business Administration at Christopher Newport University.
