Susan Masters

Susan Masters has a rich work history in the field of human resources and law. Susan first worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court from May 2012 to July 2013. Susan then joined Robinson+Cole in September 2013 as a Labor & Employment Associate, where they worked until August 2018. In September 2018, Susan joined EMCOR Group, Inc. as an Employment Counsel, and later took on the role of Assistant General Counsel in January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at EMCOR Group, Inc. from January 2022.

Susan Masters has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Susan also holds a Master's degree in Teaching of English from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Stony Brook University.
