Massimo Raffa

Massimo Raffa has extensive work experience in various companies and roles within the engineering field. Massimo is currently the Director of Operations at EMCORE Corporation since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Equipment Engineering Manager at TowerJazz from July 2014 to April 2021. Massimo also served as the Photo/Metrology Lead at International Rectifier from June 2013 to June 2014. Before that, they held the position of Director of Operations at FormFactor from September 2011 to May 2013. Massimo was also employed at International Rectifier as the Photo Technology Leader from February 2011 to September 2011, and as a Process Engineer from January 2010 to June 2011. Massimo Raffa has also worked as an Equipment Engineer at Anadigics from December 2007 to March 2010. Additionally, they have prior experience at STmicroelectronics, where they worked as an Equipment Engineer from December 2004 to November 2006, and from March 1999 to November 2004. Massimo started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Alenia Aeronautica from April 1998 to March 1999.

Massimo Raffa holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University West, which they obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from Politecnico di Torino from 1992 to 1997. Additionally, Massimo Raffa has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Omnia in October 2007.
