Amy Macchietto is a seasoned leader in commercial learning and development within the life sciences sector, currently serving as Senior Director for US Healthcare Capability Building at EMD Serono, Inc. since January 2019. With a wealth of experience, Amy has held influential positions at prominent companies such as Biogen, where Amy led global commercial training initiatives, and Baxter Healthcare, where Amy built a comprehensive sales training department. Amy's expertise extends to consulting engagements where Amy specializes in product launches, learning program development, and commercial talent development. Furthermore, Amy served on the Board of the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network, contributing to the evolution of learning professionals in the industry.
