Carol Dayment

Carol Dayment is currently the Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Emera. With a background in HR and training, Carol has held various roles within different organizations such as Nova Scotia Power and the Province of Nova Scotia. Carol's expertise lies in supporting and delivering diversity and inclusion strategies to create an inclusive work environment. With a degree in Recreation from Lakehead University and a Certificate in Training and Development, Carol brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role.
