Stacey Sayetta

Stacey Sayetta joined Emerald in November 2021 and serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Stacey leads all aspects of Emerald’s legal and corporate affairs, including securities and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and reporting, equity compensation plans, financial reporting obligations, and litigation.

Stacey has over 20 years of legal experience, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities law, private equity, governance, and investment management.

Most recently Stacey served as the Assistant General Counsel and a member of Trian Fund Management L.P.'s Investment Team for over 10 years where she provided legal counsel on all aspects of the registered advisor's portfolio investments, acquisitions and dispositions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
