Rosanna Stokes

Rosanna Stokes is an experienced business development leader with a strong background in driving growth strategies across various industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) and as the Americas Business Development Leader at LANXESS since August 2021, Stokes champions the introduction of biodegradable ingredients in personal and industrial applications. Prior roles include leadership positions at Emerald Performance Materials, Milliken Chemical, and Dot Metrics Technologies, where significant achievements included developing new product platforms and securing key commercial relationships. Stokes has a solid educational foundation with an MBA focused on New Product Development from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
