Cathleen Filkins

Cathleen Filkins has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Medical Receptionist at Emerald Physicians, Inc. since July 2017. Prior to this, Cathleen held the position of Commercial Loan Administrator at Bank of Cape Cod, where responsibilities included preparing commitment letters and managing various loan operations. Cathleen previously operated Sunshine Daycare for over a decade, providing care and educational activities for young children. Additional experience includes roles as a Telephone Information Specialist/Customer Service Representative at Cape Cod Bank & Trust and as a Customer Service Representative at Shawmut Bank. Cathleen holds certifications in EKG, Medical Billing and Coding, and Medical Office Assistant/Specialist from Cape Cod Community College, alongside a diploma from Barnstable High School.
