Pauline Mokubung

Pauline Mokubung has extensive experience in guest relations and management, currently serving as a VIP Host at Emerald Resort & Casino since March 2023. Prior to this role, Pauline held various positions at Tsogo Sun from February 2008 to September 2019, including Marketing Host Supervisor, where responsibilities included staff management, events management, and dispute resolution, as well as Marketing Host and Service Cashier roles that emphasized guest relations and data management. Pauline obtained a Higher National Diploma in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika between July 2016 and October 2021.
