Jake Snow

Jake Snow has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jake is currently serving as the Group Human Resources Director at Emeren Group since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at ReneSola Ltd. from 2018 to 2023. At ReneSola Ltd., Jake also worked as a Recruitment Director/ Human Resources Business Partner and a Recruitment Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment activities and headhunting talent for various roles.

Before joining ReneSola Ltd., Jake worked as an LTDI Benefits Consultant for the Government of Alberta, where they collaborated with the LTDI Manager to manage the Long Term Disability Income Continuance Plan fund. Jake also worked as a Recruitment Specialist for Corrpro Canada on a temporary fixed-term contract.

Earlier in their career, Jake served as a Human Resources Manager at Newfoundland and Labrador English School District, where they provided strategic leadership on HR policies and managed recruitment and selection processes. Jake also worked in Human Resources and Industrial Relations roles at Nalcor Energy-Lower Churchill Project and Newfoundland & Labrador Housing.

Jake Snow has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources & Labour Relations from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Jake also completed a Practical Chinese Program at Donghua University and participated in a Management & Social Science exchange program at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Jake obtained their High School Diploma from Elwood High School.
