Janah Long has a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Capital University. Currently at Emerge IT Solutions, Janah worked as an Account Specialist focusing on customer experience and also as a Managed Services Administrator. Prior to that, at TradeGlobal, Janah worked as a Trainer where Janah taught new hires about client companies and assisted with cross-training agents. Janah's main goal is to ensure top-notch customer experiences.
