Chris Vryonides

Chris Vryonides has worked in the financial industry since 1997. Chris began their career at Credit Suisse as an Associate, then moved to Deutsche Bank as a Quantitative Analyst. In 2000, they joined J.P. Morgan as a Senior Quantitative Analyst, and in 2011, they began working at PGR Capital as a Senior Researcher. In 2017, Chris joined State Street as an eFX Quantitative Research. In 2020, they became the Head of AI at both EMERGEiQ and GroovSense, and also founded cognosian.ai.

Chris Vryonides completed a Master of Engineering - MEng in Electrical and Information Sciences at the University of Cambridge between 1992 and 1996. Chris then went on to obtain a Master of Science - MS in Machine Learning from UCL between 2008 and 2009.
