Holly Kress Sphr

Holly Kress, SPHR, PHR has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on healthcare-related industries. Holly is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Emergency Care Consultants, PA since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Human Resources Generalist at the same company from February 2014 to January 2019. Holly also worked as a Human Resources and Compliance professional at Physicians ExamOne and Peace of Mind Diagnostics from June 2010 to February 2014. Holly started their career in 1998 at Portamedic, where they worked as a Mobile Paramedical Insurance Examiner. During their time at Portamedic, they collected detailed medical histories, electrocardiograms, and specimens from individuals applying for various types of insurance. Holly also conducted pharmaceutical inventory counts and provided training to new paramedical examiners. Holly'sexperience also includes Quality Assurance work at Physicians ExamOne, where they proofed legal documents and provided assistance and training to paramedical examiners.

Holly Kress, SPHR, PHR, has a well-rounded education history. Holly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Metro State University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Century College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an Associates Degree in Women's Studies. Holly also attended Lakeland Medical Dental Academy from 1997 to 1998, where they received certification as a Certified Medical Assistant.

In addition to their formal education, Holly has pursued additional certifications in the field of human resources. Holly obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HRCI in December 2022. Previously, in January 2016, they achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to professional development and expertise in the field of human resources.
