Jon Bodie

Jon Bodie, CEM® TEM©, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Emergency Management Association of Texas (EMAT) since March 2024 and holds the position of Emergency Management Director for Frisco ISD since September 2018. With extensive experience in emergency management, Jon previously worked as Operations Coordinator and Incident Management Team Coordinator at National Emergency Management and Response from June 2009 to September 2018, focusing on incident deployment operations and emergency operations planning. Earlier roles include content development for an Emergency Management post-graduate course at The Linco Group, LLC, and serving as Emergency Management Specialist at AWS Convergence Technologies, Inc., where Jon handled government services and business continuity solutions. Jon holds an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from the University of Arkansas, completed in December 2023.
