Viola Lamey

Viola Lamey serves as the Youth Employability and Empowerment Director at Aspire Consulting and Training since 2009, focusing on bridging the gap between academic learning and marketplace needs by fostering entrepreneurial mindsets among the youth. In addition to this role, Viola has held various positions at Emergenetics International, including Certified Trainer, and previously served as Technical Support Engineer at Telecom Egypt for a brief period. Viola's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Marketing from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Tanta University, complemented by certification as a Career Coach from the International Coaching Federation.
