Jennifer Clark has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President of IP, Labor & Employment, and Regulatory Legal Affairs at Emergent BioSolutions since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate General Counsel for Regulatory & Compliance at Emergent BioSolutions from November 2020 until April 2022.

Before joining Emergent BioSolutions, Jennifer worked at Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Franchise Counsel from October 2018 to November 2020. Jennifer provided legal advice on various business and commercial matters, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
