Kristen Pabst

Kristen Pabst has extensive work experience in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Kristen started their career at Neogen Corporation as a Quality Control Microbiologist and later transitioned to the role of R&D Microbiologist. In this position, they developed new formulations and product improvements, processed customer complaints, and analyzed data from laboratory techniques and instrumentation.

After Neogen Corporation, Kristen joined Michigan State University as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant. In these roles, they conducted research on influenza virus replication using an immortalized chicken embryo cell line and mentored students in microbiology lab sessions.

Currently, Kristen works at Emergent BioSolutions as a Principal Scientist, where they serve as the CMC Technical Lead for development, commercialization, and marketed products.
