Kristen Pabst has extensive work experience in the field of biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. Kristen started their career at Neogen Corporation as a Quality Control Microbiologist and later transitioned to the role of R&D Microbiologist. In this position, they developed new formulations and product improvements, processed customer complaints, and analyzed data from laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
