Manadra Rainey

Manadra Rainey is currently serving as the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Emergent Holdings. With a background in community engagement and public policy, Rainey has been a change agent in developing and executing I&D strategies within the insurance industry. Prior to their current role, Rainey worked as the Associate Director of Community Engagement at the Milwaukee Center for Independence and as a Senior Counselor at Policy Studies Incorporated. Rainey holds a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern University.
