Vladislav Sokolov

Vladislav Sokolov has a diverse work experience in various industries. Vladislav started their career as a Hotel Management professional at Vecriga Hotel in 2015. Vladislav then moved on to work as an Anti Money Laundering Officer at Bilderlings Pay from 2016 to 2017. Subsequently, they worked as a Cost Controller at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company for a brief period in 2017. After that, they joined L'Oréal as a Corporate Financial Controller from 2017 to 2019. Vladislav then transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst at Danone for a few months in 2019. Following that, they worked as a Data Engineer at Luminor Latvija from 2019 to 2022. In 2021, Vladislav Sokolov became an IT Consultant at AVSdata, where they continued to work until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Lead Data Engineer at Emergn, starting in December 2022.

Vladislav Sokolov pursued their education in a variety of fields. Vladislav obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Programming from Latvijas Universitate between 2020 and 2022. In 2017-2018, they earned a Professional Masters in Finance from Banku Augstskola, specializing in Financial Analyst. Vladislav also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School in the same year. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting and Business Management from Riga Graduate School of Law, completing their studies in 2017. For their primary education, Vladislav Sokolov attended Riga Secondary School no.40 where they obtained their High School Diploma. Additionally, they acquired various certifications including Python Programmer, Data Manipulation with Python Track, Learn the Basics of Blockchain with Python Course, and DAT101x: Microsoft Professional Program: Data Science Orientation.
