Traci Kaplan

Traci Kaplan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as the Vice President of HR for Emeritus overseeing operations in the US, Canada, and Europe since October 2021. Kaplan has a strong background in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people strategy, having previously held significant roles at Territory Foods as Head of HR, at 2U as Director of People, and at Comvest Partners as Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Management. Kaplan's career also includes strategic HR management positions at Tiffany & Co., Harman International, Malcolm Pirnie, and Barclays Capital. Kaplan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from The George Washington University and a certificate in HR Management from Pace University.
