Volha Tabolina

Volha Tabolina has worked as a Functional Tester at Awatum-M Ltd. from June 2010 to June 2011. Volha was responsible for manual software testing, writing test plans and reports, collaborating with developers, participating in the release process, and bug reporting.

From February 2012 to February 2013, Volha worked as a Helpdesk and Sales Manager at Coding Staff, specifically for the startup project InSouz.com. Their role included providing helpdesk support and working as a business development manager.

Starting in April 2013 and ending in November 2014, Volha worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Webcom Group. Their responsibilities included selling SEO, PPC advertisement, and SMM services, working with key customers, expanding relationships within the client base, implementing monthly sales plans, and identifying areas for improvement in the sales process.

From December 2014 to January 2016, Volha served as the Head of Sales Department at ЕКА-Soft. Volha was responsible for sales in website development (Drupal, Prestashop, Bitrix), SEO, and PPC advertisement services. Their role involved improving the sales department's work, attending key meetings, executing personal sales and meeting plans, recruiting and training sales staff, and reporting on sales performance to senior management. Volha also attended industry events and conferences to generate business opportunities.

Starting in February 2016 and ending in July 2016, Volha worked as a Senior Sales Manager at Borovoy Studio.

As an Individual Entrepreneur from July 2016 to February 2018, Volha worked as a freelance Business Analyst.

In 2018, Volha worked as a Business Analyst at both LeverX Group and Emerline.

Since July 2019, Volha has been working as a Business Analyst at Espresa.

Volha Tabolina attended the IT Academy in 2016, where they focused on Business Analyst for IT. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2012, they studied Economic Information Science at Belarusian State Economic University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Fundamentals of Business Analysis" from Udemy in December 2017, completed a Spoken English Language Course (Upper-Intermediate 1 Level) at Belhard in March 2017, and received a certification in Business Analysis from IT Academy in May 2016.
