Amber Piearcy

Amber Piearcy is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Emerson Collective since February 2021. Prior to this role, Amber was the Head of Talent Operations at RocketPower and held multiple positions at Radius Intelligence, including VP of People and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Amber began their career at Connery Consulting as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, followed by a role as Recruiting Manager at Groupe Insearch. Amber also worked as an Account Manager at ADVANTIS Global Services, specializing in IT staffing solutions. Amber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
