Craig N. has extensive experience in healthcare management and administration. Craig has worked in various leadership positions in different organizations throughout their career.

At Emerson Hospital, Craig served as the Vice President of Physician Practice Management, Anesthesia, and Administrative Fellowship Director. In this role, they provided strategic and operational leadership for the Emerson Health System Employed Physician Group, which includes over 20 multi-specialty and multi-site practices. Craig also managed the transition of a private Anesthesia group to an employed model and oversaw the revenue cycle management function.

Prior to their role at Emerson Hospital, Craig was the Director of Physician Practice Management, Clinic Operations, Finance, and Central Business Office at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Here, they were responsible for improving the integration and performance of a hematology-oncology physician practice.

Craig also worked as an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at Boston University, where they developed and delivered workshops for graduate students and served on the academic curriculum review committee.

In addition, they served as the Chair of the Accreditation Counsel at CAHME, the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education.

Craig's other experiences include being the Chief Operating and Business Development Officer for Orthopedics at Tenet Florida Physician Services, practicing healthcare consulting and interim management in various specialties, and holding administrative leadership positions at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they implemented significant improvements in Neurosurgery and Plastic Surgery departments.
