Deborah Chaulk

Deborah Chaulk is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in infection prevention and public health. Currently serving as the Manager of Infection Prevention and Control at Emerson Hospital since June 2022, Deborah previously worked as a Public Health Nurse for the Natick Board of Health and as an Infection Control Practitioner at MetroWest Medical Center. Academic contributions include roles as Adjunct Faculty at both Anna Maria College and Worcester State University, where Deborah taught Community/Public Health Nursing. Deborah's earlier experience includes serving as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Marlborough Hospital and as a Medical Specialist/Registered Nurse in the United States Army Reserve. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Community/Public Health Nursing from Worcester State University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from UMass Boston.
