Lisa began their career as an Assistant Volleyball Coach at the University at Albany in 1999 before transitioning to the role of Assistant Teacher at St. Catherine's Center for Children in 1999. From 2001 to 2011, Lisa served as the Associate Athletic Director and Women's Volleyball Coach at The Sage Colleges, where they played a crucial role in fundraising and managing intercollegiate athletic teams.
