Yvonne Pah

Yvonne Pah serves as General Counsel for Emery Oleochemicals Asia Sdn Bhd since March 2014, providing in-house legal support in corporate commercial, intellectual property, and corporate secretarial matters for a global oleochemicals enterprise. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Consultant at Cedar White Bradley, where Yvonne advised on trademark protection in the Middle East and North Africa, and as Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, managing trademarks for a global FMCG client. As a Partner at Zaid Ibrahim & Co., Yvonne oversaw the IP department and contributed to copyright legislation revisions in Malaysia. Yvonne's legal career began as a Legal Assistant in various firms from 1997 to 1999, following education at the University of Bristol and Queen Mary University of London, focusing on law and intellectual property. Notably, Yvonne received nominations for The International Who's Who of Trademark Lawyers in 2013 and 2014.
