Guillermo Jastrzebski

Guillermo Jastrzebski has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1999. Guillermo began their career at ExxonMobil as a Senior Business Analyst, where they were responsible for strategic KPIs, produced budget and variance analysis, developed forecast models, and administered fuel retail prices. In 2012, they joined Pan American Energy as a Data Scientist & Engineer, where they created an Advanced Analytics Team and implemented a Data Lake. In 2021, they became the Head of Product at Prisma, a SAAS solution specialized in optimizing Retailers' execution. Guillermo worked to improve existing products, led collaboration meetings to develop key processes for creation of new products, and successfully prioritized product requirements. Guillermo is currently a Sr. Data Engineer at Emi Labs.

Guillermo Jastrzebski received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires in 1999, and then went on to receive their Master in Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery from the same university in 2010.
