Leonardo Gudiño

Leonardo Gudiño has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Leonardo began their career as an Analista de Capacitación y Desarrollo at TeleTech in 2009. In 2013, they joined Accenture as a Learning & Talent Development Analyst, and was later promoted to Learning & Talent Development Consultant and Learning & Talent Development Associate Manager. In 2018, they moved to the Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires as a Coordinador de proyectos de innovación pedagógica y transformación digital. In 2021, they became Lead Learning Design at Kineo, and in 2022 they took on the role of Learning Assistant Manager at EY and Head of Learning & Communications at Emi Labs.

Leonardo Gudiño completed a Licenciatura en Comunicación Social from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Comunicación Organizacional, General. Leonardo then went on to complete a Diploma Superior en Ciencias Sociales con mención en Educación y Nuevas Tecnologías from the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales in Educación. Finally, they earned a Posgrado - Carrera de Especialización en Educación y Nuevas Tecnologías from the same school in Tecnología en la educación.
