Alyson Nohelty

Alyson Nohelty has extensive experience in M&A and integration strategy. Alyson currently holds the position of Vice President, M&A at Emids since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Exact Sciences, where they served as Director of Integration Strategy from August 2021 to October 2022, and as Associate Director of Integration Strategy from December 2020 to September 2021.

Alyson also held the role of Director of Consultant at FCM, LLC from August 2016 to December 2020.

Earlier in their career, Alyson worked at GE Healthcare in various roles, including Director of Business Development (M&A), Integration Manager of Business Development (M&A), and IT Acquisitions & Integrations Project Manager. Alyson was also part of GE's prestigious ITLP, a two-year corporate management development program.

Alyson Nohelty attended Marquette University from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology & Marketing.
