Jishad M

Jishad M has a diverse work experience, starting as a Php Developer intern at Ronds Business Solution in 2010. Jishad then worked as an HR Executive at Fifth Reich from 2011 to 2013. Afterwards, they joined Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC as an HR Specialist from 2013 to 2014. Jishad then worked as an HR Generalist at Twam Global Advisors Pvt Ltd from 2014 to 2015, before moving on to Calibehr Human Capital Services as an HR Executive for onboarding from April to September 2015. From October 2015 to January 2018, Jishad worked as an HR Executive at Future Focus Infotech Private Limited. Jishad then joined Emids, where they held several roles such as Senior Associate in Human Resource from January to December 2018, Senior Associate in Learning & Development from January 2019 to April 2023, and currently holds the position of Team Lead in Learning & Development since April 2023.

Jishad M has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from CMS College of Science and Commerce, Coimbatore, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Jishad then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Information Technology from Manipal Center for Information Science from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are working towards a Master's degree in Psychology at Jain (Deemed-to-be University) from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in HR Analytics and HRBP Advanced from CHRMP in 2021.
