Vishal Pillai

Vishal Pillai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Vishal started their career in 2000 at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they worked as a Project Manager and later promoted to Sr. Project Manager. During their time at Infosys, they managed a portfolio of projects for a Fortune 100 customer and focused on search and discovery services.

In 2011, Vishal joined the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as a Participant in the Post Graduate Program for Executives (PGPX). This program is a one-year, full-time management program for executives with an average work experience of 10 years.

After completing the program, Vishal joined MindTree Ltd. in 2012 as a Senior Program Manager. Vishal led a multi-million dollar transformational program for a large retail customer based in Germany. This customer is the largest sports shoes, clothing, and accessories manufacturer in Europe and the second-largest in the world.

Vishal's most recent role is with emids, where they held various positions starting from Director - Delivery in 2015, promoted to AVP - Delivery in 2016, and currently serves as Vice President - Delivery since July 2019.

Vishal Pillai completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the University of Madras from 1996 to 2000. Later, in 2011-2012, they pursued a Post Graduate Program in General Management (PGPX) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
