Houyem Mahfoudhi, MBA and PMP certified, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Head of Programs and AVP Customer Experience at Emirates Islamic since February 2018, Mahfoudhi has a proven track record in leading business transformation initiatives and improving customer satisfaction. Prior roles include Head of Business Excellence and PMO at Siemens, where Mahfoudhi drove business excellence strategies and project performance, and Manager of Corporate Strategy & Planning at TELUS, responsible for strategic planning and performance management. Additionally, Mahfoudhi held positions at National Bank of Canada, focusing on strategy and organizational performance, and at Inventec Performance Chemicals, managing business development in Central and Eastern Europe.
