Dr. Ali al Taher

Dr. Ali Al Taher currently serves as the Head of Administration & Government Relations at ENOC, where Dr. Ali oversees various administrative and HR activities and ensures compliance with professional standards and business continuity. Prior to this, Dr. Ali held the position of First Lieutenant at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) where Dr. Ali managed various areas including human resources, quality management, security information management, and customer relations. With a diverse educational background including a PhD in Business/Managerial Economics, Dr. Ali has a solid foundation in finance, law & police sciences, and information technology.
