Ionut Gioglovan

Ionut Gioglovan is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity and information security governance, currently serving as the Cyber Security Governance Manager at ENOC since August 2022. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Cyber Security Consultant at Control Risks and Senior Information Security Consultant at Al Hosn Information Security Consultancy, Ionut has led significant cybersecurity initiatives, executed critical infrastructure assessments, and developed comprehensive IT and OT security policies. Ionut's experience extends across various industries, encompassing management roles at Whispering Bell and Xchanging, where Ionut successfully upgraded information security frameworks and managed substantial project budgets. Ionut holds a Master’s degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from SOAS University of London.
