Biju Oommen

Biju Oommen has over 25 years of experience in IT and network operations, currently serving in multiple roles including IT Operations Duty Manager and Incident Manager at Emirates Group since December 1998. Prior to this role, Biju held positions such as Senior Network Engineer and Network Engineer within the same organization. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Hardware/Networks Engineer at Taskin Computer Systems in Dubai and a Hardware Engineer at Rane Computers Consultancy Ltd. in Mumbai. Biju Oommen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford, completed between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University, earned from 1987 to 1991, as well as a BE in Electrical from Bhilai Institute of Technology, obtained in 1990.
