Raghad AlQadi is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment projects and teams across various sectors. At Emirates, Raghad served as a Talent Acquisition Manager, spearheading the implementation of a new Talent Acquisition system and directing teams to source and recruit mid-senior and executive roles, as well as niche positions in IT, Engineering, and Flight Operations.
